The Caligula Effect: Overdose will be released for the PlayStation 5 on May 30th, 2023. The announcement was made in the new trailer that highlights the characters. You could check out the trailer here to have an idea of what to expect:
The game is also now available for pre-order. Those who pre-order the game through the NIS America Store will get a set of art cards (while supplies last).
The Caligula Effect was first released for the PlayStation Vita back in 2016. The game was remade as The Caligula Effect: Overdose and released for the PlayStation 4 along with the Nintendo Switch in 2019. You could check out our review of the PS4 version here.
