Following the success of the Artist Alley + Pokemon Card Swap in July, AFKxp has announced they will be hosting the August 2021 Video Game Swaps during every Sunday of the month.

AUGUST Video Game Swaps will take place at AFKxp from 11am to 5pm on August 1st, 8th and the 15th. Gamers and collectors are welcomed for the chance to participate in the swap meet or just hang out. There will be a good number of vendors selling new and classic games at an affordable price.

Any dealers or vendors who want to participate must pay $40 in advance as tables are limited. Dealers must arrive at 10am to set up and half of the merchandise must be game related. At least half of the items for sale must be video game related (this is defined as games, consoles, controllers, accessories, tabletop games and game related toys). Failure to meet these requirements will result in the spot being forfeited.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, there will be some restrictions. Masks are mandatory and everyone entering will need to have their temperature checked at the door.

AFKxp Tech+Games could only be described as the heart of the gaming community in the South Bay. They are located on the second floor of LVL Up and share a space with The Retro Fix. For an idea of what to expect, check out my coverage of the last Swap Meet.
