It has been announced that the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major Championship will be hosted by ELEAGUE and held in Atlanta from January 22 to 29, 2017.

The ELEAGUE Major will feature the top eight teams from the previous Major at ESL One Cologne 2016, who will compete with eight Challengers decided by a LAN qualifier. Teams will battle for the title of CS:GO Champion along with a share of the $1,000,000 prize pool.

The teams will clash in group matches at the ELEAGUE Arena within Turner Studios between January 22 until 25. Grand Final will be held at the Fox Theatre while and it will be simulcasted live on both Twitch and TBS.

Tickets are on sale now while more information is available at ELEAGUE official website.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a multiplayer shooter and the fourth game in the franchise. ELEAGUE is a major e-Sport league that was established by Turner and WME in 2016.
