Rainy Frog Co. has announced that the retro inspired stealth game, Spy Drops Gaiden, is set to launch for the PC in October 2026.

Inspired by Metal Gear: Ghost Babel, the game is a stealth action adventure developed to capture the feeling of an original Game Boy title. Set on an island off the coast of Japan, players take on the role of Agent Ripley as she must infiltrate a fortified enemy base and carry out a series of missions to neutralize a global threat.

Gaiden will be the second game in the Spy Drop series, a franchise that aims to recreate the experience of stealth games from the PlayStation era.
