Fans of The Legend of Heroes series in the Bay Area are in for a treat as Sean Chiplock will be among the guests at Anime Impulse Bay Area 2026.

Sean Chiplock is a voice actor best known for his role as Rean Schwarzer in The Legend of Heroes series. He has voiced the iconic character since Trails of Cold Steel and recently returned to the role in Trails Beyond the Horizon. He is also known for his role as Subaru Natsuki in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World and Isekai Quartet. Fans of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will know him as Toyohiro Kanedaichi in Diamond is Unbreakable and Guido Mista in Golden Wind.

His other notable roles include Dante Mogro in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and Shoichiro Kishi on Blue Box. Gamers will recognize him as Yuuki Mishima in Persona 5 and Diluc Ragnvindr in Genshin Impact.

Planning for Anime Impulse Bay Area 2026

Sean Chiplock will be one of the many guests that fans could meet during the Anime Impulse Bay Area weekend.

He will be joining Alain Mesa from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Samantha Béart from Baldur’s Gate 3, and Barrett Leddy from Yu-Gi-Oh!. Also on the guest list are VTubers Alban Knox, Sonny Brisko, Uki Violeta, Doppio Dropscythe, Ver Vermillion, Aia Amare, and Scarle Yonaguni. Additional guests will be announced in the future along with panel schedules and special events. Tickets for Anime Impulse Bay Area 2026 are on sale now, starting at $39.94 for a Day Pass.

ANIME Impulse Bay Area 2026 will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center from July 18th to July 19th. This is an event that invites industry figures, local merchants, and the community for a weekend of fun. Traditionally a staple of the Southern California anime and cosplay community, they have been expanding across the West Coast. This will be their fourth event in the Bay Area.
