Kit 9 Studios has unveiled that fans have voted to wait for a completed version of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley.

Kit 9 Studios has unveiled the results of its October poll and fans would prefer to wait for a completed version of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley.
Back in October, fans were asked if they prefer getting Episode 3A straightaway, or later when Episode 4 is ready. The overwhelming majority voted to wait until Episode 4 is ready. This means that Episode 3A and Episode 4 will launch together.
Given that it took almost a year to complete Episode 3A, it’s unclear when Episode 4 will be ready. The Coffin of Andy and Leyley was originally planned as a three episode game. It was while adapting the master script that the development team realized that a fourth episode was needed.
Additional details about the games development will be unveiled next month.
The Coffin of Andy and Leyley is a horror adventure game that blends elements of a psychological thriller with those of a dark comedy. The story follows siblings Andrew and Ashley Graves trying to survive a quarantine by taking drastic measures.
The game started as a project released on Itch.io before launching on Steam in Early Access. No launch date has been set but the goal is to have a full launch sometime in the future.
