William Shatner Returns to GalaxyCon San Jose

Trekies of the Bay Area will be excited to learn that William Shatner will return to the Bay Area for GalaxyCon San Jose 2025.

William Shatner is an actor and a pop-culture icon with a robust career in the entertainment world. He is best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk in the Star Trek franchise, having played the iconic character in the original series along with the movies, video games, and TV spin-offs. He has also co-authored several Star Trek novels with Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens.

Shatner was also a guest at the first GalaxyCon San Jose, so his return is welcoming for those who missed him back in August.

He will be joining Giancarlo Esposito from Breaking Bad, Steven John Ward from One Piece along with Erika Henningsen and Amir Talai from Hazbin Hotel. Additional guests will be announced in the future along with details about the event. GalaxyCon is a pop-culture fan convention that has been a staple of the fandom community of the East Coast and the Southern US. The San Jose event is their first one on the West Coast. GalaxyCon San Jose 2025 will take place at the San Jose Convention Center from August 15th to August 17th.
