Attention cinema aficionados, we got some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that the Criterion Collection has ended their partnership with Hulu but the good news is that they will be moving on to a new streaming service.
In an announcement made through their newsletter and blog, the Criterion Collection has ended its partnership with Hulu after five years. They have now partnered with Turner Classic Movies to establish a new streaming service called FilmStruck.
FilmStruck will be a subscription based service that allows members access to comprehensive library that includes classics, art house, indie, and foreign films. Those who are unsure can start a 14 day free trial.
The Criterion Collection is a production company that restores and distributes films that are seen as being significant to the cinematic arts.
