Following the success of their last show and the ongoing pandemic, the team from BAR Con announces Virtual Edition Ep.2.

BAR Con Virtual Edition Ep.2 will feature performances by Diana Garnet, Odyssey Eurobeat, Pheri, Kyozo and Sleeptalkers. The show will be live streamed (via BAR Con SJ’s Twitch channel) on Friday, July 22, at 7 PM PDT. Since this is a digital event, bring your own drinks (take a break from the fireworks).

Like so many events, BAR Con is adapting the virtual event model. Due to concerns regarding public safety, many artists have been hosting virtual events as a way to connect with their audience. It’s unclear when the standard show will return.

BAR Con is a monthly event that combines ones love of anime, video games and J-Rock into a one night festivity. The event would normally be hosted at the Back Bar SoFa in Downtown San Jose on the first Friday of every month.

The last live BAR Con was back in February as the March event was cancelled due to the pandemic. They hosted their first digital event back in May.
