West Wind Drive-In announces that the San Jose location will host a special three night showing of Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula.

Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula will be shown from August 21st to the 23rd. It will be screened as part of a double feature that will include Train to Busan. This will also be the films first screening in California and will be hosted at the San Jose location.

In a press release that was made available, Vice President of Operations Nancy Crane has stated,

“We are thrilled to be screening Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula. This is the California premiere and we are lucky to be able to show it as a double feature with the part one of the series; Train to Busan.”

Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula is the third film in the zombie horror series and a direct sequel too the first film. The story follows Marine Captain Jung-seok going back to Inchon several years after the events of Train to Busan. The original along with the prequel, Seoul Station have been highly praised by fans.

West Wind is the largest operator of drive-in movie theaters in the country with several located in Northern California. The San Jose theater is located at 3630 Hillcap Avenue, near Snell Ave. and Capital Express Way.

  1. Hold up, the drive in is now open? And they are showing Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula? Ok I’m down for my first movie night in ages.
