If you’re a fan of Hayao Miyazaki and prefer to see his works in theaters then the 4 Star Theater has a treat for you. They have announced that they will host a special weekend screening of Spirited Away.

The 4 Star Theater will host a weekend screening of Spirited Away from July 8th to July 10th. The weekend screening will be of the dubbed version and it will start at 10am. The July 10th screening will be of the subbed version and it will start at 7:30 pm. Tickets for the film are now on sale, via online. 

If this is not a film that interests you, not to worry. The 4 Star Theater does show other anime classics every month. They also have numerous anime film festivals during the year.

The 4 Star Theater is an independent movie theater located at 2200 Clement Street in San Francisco. They are known for showing indie films, classic tiles, anime films, and new releases. They also host several film festivals and special events throughout the year. They are also part of CinemaSF. a network of independent theaters that also includes the Balboa Theater and Vogue Theater.

Spirited Away is a fantasy directed by Hayao Miyazaki and is hailed as his best work. The story follows Chihiro Ogino who must rescue her parents after being transported to another world. It was released in 2001 and it has won numerous awards, including the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
