Bandai Namco has release the new trailer for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris that showcases the gameplay and combat system.

Battle Gameplay Trailer for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris showcases the new gameplay and combat mechanics. Players in a team of four (be it other players or AI) will work to overcome the numerous challenges. The highlights are the monsters that will be encountered along with the combat (including offense and defense).

Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is coming to all major consoles and the PC on July 20th. There is no word at the moment regarding a port to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. This is the seventh video game adaptation of the series and is set during the Alicization Arc of the anime. Players will take on the role of Kirito and explore the mysterious Underworld.
