After months of rumors and speculations regarding the future of Star Wars games under Electronic Arts, Jedi: Fallen Order was officially announced.

Developed by Respawn Entertainment, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be a single-player experience set sometime after the events of Revenge of the Sith. Players take on the role of Cal Kestis, a Jedi who survived the Order 66 purge, who is hiding among the Scrapper Guild until his secret is discovered by the Inquisitorius.

The first trailer was presented at the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago:

EA has confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be a single-player experience with no live service features. It has also been confirmed that there will be no loot box or microtransactions included. This revelation has been welcoming by gamers who have been critical of the publishers handling of the Star Wars franchise.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set to be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 15th 2019. More information will be available in the coming months.
