In a partnership with Fantom Events, Crunchyroll has announced that their next Movie Night will be the US theatrical release of Saga of Tanya the Evil: The Movie.

Saga of Tanya the Evil: The Movie will be a follow up to Season 1 of the anime series. The story follows Tanya Degurechaff and her unit being deployed to a new front while also having to go up against Mary Sue, the daughter of a military officer that she killed.

The film will premier in selected theaters on May 16th for one night only, tickets can be purchased online. Saga of Tanya the Evil: The Movie will be featured in selected theaters across the Bay Area, hence you won’t have to travel far.

Based on the light novel, Saga of Tanya the Evil follows the feud between Tanya Degurechaff (a Japanese businessmen reincarnated as a little girl) and God during an alternative Great War. The series is currently available to stream on Crunchyroll.
