Splatoon 2 will be Featured at Genesis 5
Splatoon 2 will be among the titles featured at Genesis 5.
Genesis Gaming has confirmed that Splatoon 2 will be among the titles featured at their upcoming tournament, Genesis 5.
The same team responsible for hosting Squidstorm will be organizing and streaming the Splatoon 2 matches. At the same time it has been confirmed that many top players have already signed up to compete. The announcement was made in a post made on Twitter:

Splatoon 2 tournaments will be featured along side Super Smash Bros. (N64 version), Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. (Wii U version) and Rivals of Aether. More games could be announced in the months leading up to Genesis 5.
Genesis 5 is one of the largest eSports tournaments in Northern California and is hosted by Genesis Gaming. The event will take place in the Oakland Convention Center while the Top 8 will take place at the Paramount Theatre.
