Following its successful launch early this year, Ziggurat Interactive has announced that Slave Zero X is coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Slave Zero X is coming to the Nintendo Switch on April 11th followed by a physical launch on May 17th. Nintendo gamers will have the choice between the Deluxe Edition and the Standard Edition. The Deluxe Edition includes the base game, a custom Nintendo Switch skin, the soundtrack, and three comic books created by Ant Williams and Andy Lanning that dive deep into the Slave Zero universe.

It has also been announced that a new gameplay mode will be featured in all versions of the game. SovKhan 300 is an ultra-hard version of the SovKhan boss fight. This will allow players to fight SovKhan in his true ultimate form, as originally intended by the game’s designers.

Slave Zero X is a 2.5D hack’n slash that was released on major consoles and the PC on February 21, 2024. A prequel to the 1999 cult classic, it aims to reimagine the series while also introducing it to a new generation. Players will once again battle their way through the dystopian world of Megacity S1-9 and battle the forces of the Sovereign Khan.
