The Resident Evil fandom has been infatuated with Lady Dimitrescu and the development team has noticed it. Now the games art director has responded to the positive reception the character has received while revealing some interesting facts about her.

Lady Dimitrescu was first revealed in the third trailer for Resident Evil Village as one of the antagonists. In the game, she will pursuit Ethan Winters in the castle section of the game (similar to Mr. X in the Resident Evil 2 remake). The character has quickly become an an icon with fans praising and lusting over the design. Fan arts, cosplays, memes and more have dominated every RE online community.

The positive reception for Lady Dimitrescu has also gotten the attention of the games art director. Tomonori Takano has thanked the community for their love of his creation. He also answers the question every fan has been asking, what is her height. He confirms that she is 9’6″ tall (with her high heels and hat). You could read the message here:

Resident Evil: Village is set to launch on May 7th for all current and Next-Gen consoles plus the PC. Those who purchase the game for the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One are eligible for a free upgrade to Next-Gen consoles.
