Capcom has announced that the”Kitchen” Demo of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is now available for PlayStation VR.

The “Kitchen” Demo is a side story glimpse of the immersive horror experience players can expect in the game. Players take on the role of an unnamed character who wakes up in a derelict house and stumbles upon a video of a missing film crew.

The release the”Kitchen” Demo is to coincide with the release of PlayStation VR. This comes after it was confirmed last week that the VR version of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will be a  PlayStation VR exclusive for one year.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will be the eleventh game in the iconic series and it’s set to be released on January 24th, 2017 for all major consoles and the PC. The story will focus on a new character named Ethan as he searches for his missing wife at a derelict plantation.

Fans who wish to experience the game in VR should check out for the Resident Evil 20th Anniversary Tour.
