More About Persona 4

The original Persona 4 was released back in 2008 for the PlayStation 2. It would go on to inspire an anime series adaptation with several spin-off titles. The story follows the protagonist, who moves to Inaba City, a town shaken by scandal and a string of murders. While investigating a local urban legend, he and his classmates uncover a hidden world inside television screens, the Midnight Channel. Guided by Teddie, an inhabitant of the Midnight Channel, they hunt the killer who’s been sending victims to the realm to die.

A remaster of the game was released back in early 2023 for all major consoles and the PC. Check out our review of the remaster to have an idea of what to expect. This was followed by a remake of Persona 3 that launched in 2024.
