Fans of the idol inspired anime, Love Live! will be excited to learn that FanimeCon 2020 will host an official cosplay gathering.

Love Live! Gathering will be hosted during FanimeCon 2020 by Zeta Flare Production. No official date, time or location has been announced yet (since its too early in the year). However it’s expected that the cosplay gathering will take place on May 23rd.

The order of the photo shot will be as followed:

• Full group shot
• µ’s group shot
• Aqours group shot
• Nijigaku group shot
• A-Rise
• Saint Snow
• Subunits
• Groups by song/outfit set
• Solo Idols
• Pairings
• Requests (must be appropriate)
• Final group shot

Cosplay gatherings are one of the most notable events during the FanimeCon weekend. Other cosplay gatherings that have been announced are Old School Anime themed and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

The convention will also host sevreal eSport tournaments, concerts and invites special guests. Erika Harlacher is currently the only confirmed guest for the 2020 event but more will be announced.

FanimeCon 2020 is one of the largest fan organized anime conventions and will take place on the Memorial Day weekend. Check out some of the amazing cosplayers form the 2019 event.
