Following its successful launch in Japan, Earth Defense Force 6 will now see a North American launch in Spring 2024. 

Earth Defense Force 6 is set to launch for the PlayStation consoles and the PC sometime in Spring 2024. At the moment no exact launch date has been confirmed but that will change in the future. Additional details about the game will also be announced in the coming months. 

A direct sequel set three years after the events of Earth Defense Force 5, it follows humanity trying to rebuild after the war. However, remnants of the Primers still remain on Earth and they threaten what is left of humanity. It’s up to the EDF to protect what is left of human civilization.

Among the key features of Earth Defense Force 6 is the return of the four classes of soldiers to pick from along with a variety of new weapons. Players could either go solo or team up with a friend via co-op. The game will feature over 100 missions along with additional content that adds to the overall experience.
