An Insight for Bay Area Gamers
id Software has announced that Doom: Eternal has been delayed to March 2020.
If you were excited to once again slay demons from hell, I got some bad news. Doom: Eternal has been delayed to 2020.
First announced on Facebook and Twitter, id Software announced that Doom: Eternal has been delayed to March 20th 2020. The game was originally set to be released in November.
Despite the setback, there are some good news in this announcement. Invasion Mode will be a free update available after launch and those who pre-ordered the game will also receive Doom 64. id Software also confirmed that Doom: Eternal will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
DOOM Eternal is a follow up to the reboot of the classic shooter that was universally praised by gamers along with critics. You could checkout my review of the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch version.
