If you were thinking about checking out Crunchyroll Expo at the last minute, you’re now out of luck. Crunchyroll has announced that all badges of all tiers for Crunchyroll Expo 2022 have sold out.
Crunchyroll has officially confirmed that all badges for their event have sold out. This includes the weekend passes along with the single-day passes. The announcement comes only a few days before the event is set to start.
Guest who will be attending must show their proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Those who still want to attend but don’t have a pass should be warned to watch out for scammers pretending to sell day passes.
Crunchyroll Expo 2022 will take place from August 5th through August 7th at the San Jose Convention Center. It is an anime convention hosted by the streaming service that showcases new attractions and highlights of the industry.
The guest list for the 2022 event includes the creative staff behind The Rising of the Shield Hero and the cast of Jujutsu Kaisen. Other guests include voice actor Zeno Robinson, Chef Okitsugu Kado, and Atarashii Gakko! just to name a few. Also on the list include 19 popular VTubers from hololive.
