During New York Comic Con 2022, Crunchyroll announced a slate of new shows set to premiere sometime in 2023. Two new shows along with the return of another were announced during an industry panel.

Crunchyroll announced the premiers of Revenger and The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World along with Season 2 of By the Grace of the Gods. Here is a breakdown of each series that was announced:

Revenger follows an assassin looking into a series of assassinations made on the Satsuma clan. Helping him is a survivor of one of the attacks. They discover something greater is happening in the shadows as they embark on a path of revenge.

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World follows the journey of Ray White after they have inherited the title of Iceblade Sorcerer (who is hailed as the most powerful sorcerer). To master his ability, he enrolls in the Arnold Academy of Magic, a school attended by elite sorcerers from around the world. However; he has to deal with the fact that he is the first “Ordinary” to attend the academy since it was founded (thus looked down upon by other students).

By the Grace of the Gods (Season 2) continues the journey of Ryoma Takebayashi, a man who has been given a second chance at life by the gods.

At the moment, Revenger has no premiere date or release window. The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World and Season 2 of By the Grace of the Gods are set to premiere in January 2023.
