Rumor has it (but it’s most likely false).
Several blogs have reported of a possible rumor that Code Vein is set to be released sometime in July. However, anyone who has an understanding of how marketing works could sense that these rumors are false.
Both Game Rant and Push Square have reported of rumors that Bandai Namco is planning to release Code Vein sometime in July. The source has been an alleged leak document from Finnish PR company 3H Distribution Oy. Both media outlets have also expressed their skepticism about there being any truth to the rumor.
This is due to the fact that no official release date has been revealed by Bandai Namco except for it being sometime in 2018. With E3 coming up, its unlikely that a July release date is possible. A more realistic release date would be late 2018 or sometime in 2019.
However it could be speculated that an official release date will be announced at E3 2018.
Code Vein is a Dark Souls inspired RPG set to be released for the PS4 and Xbox One. Players take on the role of a Revenant (half human / half vampire) who must explore a post-apocalyptic world dominated the Lost (mutants who have lost their humanity).
