If you didn’t enjoy the Netflix adaptation and want to see the real Cowboy Bebop on the big screen then the Balboa Theater has you covered. As part of AniMonday, they will be having a screening of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie.
AniMonday Presents ~ Cowboy Bebop: The Movie will take place on January 24th starting at 7:30pm. This will be a screening of the movie, which takes place between “Session #22: Cowboy Funk” and “Session #23: Brain Scratch” (from the original series). The movie follows the Bebop crew hunting down a bio-terroist before they unleash a devastating attack on Mars.
Tickets for the screening are currently on sale. Those wanting to attend will need to show proof of vaccination and must wear a mask when entering the theater.
