Responding to community feedback, Kit9 Studios has announced that the bad endings from Episode 2 of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley will become bonus content.
Announced in Progress Report #7, the bad endings to Episode 2 will be kept in the full game as bonus content to maintain the main story’s coherence. Plans are underway for a feature offering unlockable bonus content in the next major release, where these endings will be relocated. The success of recent discussions has prompted Kit9 Studios to consider more polls for future decisions, particularly for gathering initial impressions.
Another update in the progress report was about the technical work. Currently, the team is working to overhaul the translation tool so that it can provide an easy way to update existing translation files. Additionally, other helpful features will be added to help with troubleshooting and compatibility problems.
This announcement was followed by a new patch that corrected some issues brought on by the last patch. This includes fixing some minor with the translation date.
