Wendee Lee Joins SacAnime Summer 2025 Lineup

Buckle up or face a penalty space cowboy, because Wendee Lee is coming to SacAnime Summer 2025.

Wendee Lee is a voice actress who has voiced some of the most iconic characters. She is best known for her role as Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop and Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Her other iconic roles include Konata Izumi in Lucky Star and Lisa Lisa in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency. Her other notable roles include T.K. Takaishi in the Digimon series and Kycilia Zabi in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin.

She will be joining fellow Comboy Bebop co-star, Steve Blum.

Also on the guest list are voice acting icon Tara Strong, Emi Lo from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, and Reed Shannon from Arcane: League of Legends. More guests, along with details about the event, will be announced in the future. Tickets for SacAnime Summer 2025 are currently on sale. Hotel blocks for the event have also opened up.

SacAnime Summer 2025 will take place from August 29th to August 31st at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. It’s one of the largest anime conventions in Central California. It organizes a series of insightful panels along with cosplay gatherings, musical events, and more.
