Horror fans are in for a treat as Joe Whyte and Heidi Anderson-Swan from the Resident Evil remake will be at Lodi Comic Con Fall 2026.

Joe Whyte is a voice actor who is best known for his role as Chris Redfield in the Resident Evil remake. He is also best known for his role as Mr. Krabs and Mermaid Man in every video game adaptation of SpongeBob SquarePants. His other notable roles include Puppy in the Hotel Transylvania series and the voice of the Keeper in The Keeper’s Diary: A Biohazard Story.

Heidi Anderson-Swan is a voice actress who is best known for her role as Jill Valentine in the Resident Evil remake. She is also best known for her role as Samantha Smith in Killer7.

They will be joining Nicholle Tom from the DC Animated Universe, actress Alanna Ubach, and WWE legend Bret Hart. Addtional guests will be announced in the coming weeks. Announcements about special events and cosplay gatherings will also be made soon. Tickets for the event are on sale now starting at $10.77.

Lodi Comic Con Fall 2026 will take place from October 24th to October 25th at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds. It’s a pop-culture event that brings notable performers and industry icons together with fans for a weekend of fun. The event is organized by the team responsible for StocktonCon.

The original Resident Evil launched on the PlayStation in 1996 and helped define the survival horror genre. It would later be remade for the GameCube in 2002, that was remastered for modern consoles and the PC in 2015. The last Resident Evil title to be released was Requiem on February 27, 2026 and you can check out our review. The next entry will be a remake of Code Veronica and is set to launch in 2027.
