CI Games has announced that Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 has been delayed until April 25 (an extra 3 weeks) so they may further resolve some of the minor performance issues.
The decisions is based on the feedback that CI Games received from fans who played the beta. CEO Marek Tyminski has stated in a press release,
While it’s an unfortunate decision to delay the game one last time, we believe these final changes will result in a better experience for players worldwide on day one. Thank you for your patience – we know the wait will be worth it.
This is the second time Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 has been delayed following feedback from the community. The first delay was announced back in October 2016 following feedback the development team received from from hands-on sessions with the press and streamers.
Both of the delays have been welcomed by fans who understand the game needs more time to fix some of the problems.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is the third game in the series and it will be available for all major consoles along with the PC. Players take the role of an Special Forces operative Jonathan North who is on a personal mission to find his brother.
