Gamers are use to highly anticipated titles being delayed that it’s a shock when the launch date is moved up by a week. That is the case with Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance

Atlus has announced that Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance launch date has been moved up to July 14th, a week earlier than originally announced. This launch date is for all versions of the game for the PlayStation, Xbox Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is also now available for pre-order. Fans have the choice between the Deluxe Edition or the Standard Edition. The Deluxe Edition will include the base game plus the 2 Sacred Treasure Sets Bonus along with five DLCs.

The original Shin Megami Tensei V was released for the Nintendo Switch back in 2021 and was highly praised. It’s the fifth game in the mainline series. The story follows the protagonist who gets caught in a war between angels and demons in an apocalyptic world called Da’at.

Vengeance will now be the second Shin Megami Tensei to launch in 2024 following Persona 3 Reload, which launched early this month. To have an idea about that game, check out our review
