Following the big announcement last week, pre-orders for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance have now opened for most versions of the game. 

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is now available for pre-order. Fans have the choice between the Deluxe Edition Edition and the Standard Edition. The Deluxe Edition will include the base game plus the 2 Sacred Treasure Sets Bonus along with the following DLCs: 

• Mitama Dance of Wealth – Increases the spawn rate of Saki Mitama, demons that drop items that can be sold for Macca.
• Mitama Dance of EXP – Increases the spawn rate of Kushi Mitama and Ara Mitama, demons that drop items that give EXP.
• Mitama Dance of Miracles – Increases the spawn rate of Nigi Mitama, demons that drop items that give the protagonist Glory points.
• Demon Subquest – Sakura Cinders of the East – Additional content that will grant access to the subquest “Sakura Cinders of the East”.
• Demon Subquest – Holy Will and Profane Dissent – Additional content that will grant access to the subquest “Holy Will and Profane Dissent”.

However; the following is only in regard to the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC versions of the game. Details about the Nintendo Switch version will be announced in the future. 

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will be released for all major consoles and the PC on June 21st, 2024. It’s the fifth game in the mainline series. The story follows the protagonist who gets caught in a war between angels and demons in an apocalyptic world of Da’at.

Vengeance will now be the second Shin Megami Tensei to launch in 2024 following Persona 3 Reload, which launched early this month. To have an idea about that game, check out our review.
