Capcom has unveiled that Monster Hunter Wilds has surpassed 10 million sales worldwide since its launch in February.
Monster Hunter Wilds has sold over 10 million copies worldwide since it launched on February 28th, 2025. These sales numbers account for all console and PC sales. The success of the game has contributed to Capcom’s record-breaking first-month sales. This news comes just as the first major free update is set to launch on April 4th.
Title Update 1 introduces a verity of new challenges and adventures to the Forbidden Land. This includes the return of fan-favorite monsters like Mizutsune and Zoh Shia. Between hunts, players can visit the Grand Hub, a new social space offering minigames, seasonal events, and opportunities to tackle. Among them will be Arena, Challenge, and Free Challenge Quests for a spot on the record boards.
Monster Hunter Wilds is now available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and the PC. When a young boy is rescued near the border of the Forbidden Land, the Research Commission learns of his tribe and the return of the White Wraith. In response, they launch an expedition to save the Keepers, study the region, and eliminate the White Wraith.
