After five years of serving the gamer community in Downtown Campbell, LvL Up Arcade & Gastropub announced it will close by the end of the month.

LvL Up Arcade & Gastropub last day of operation at the Downtown Campbell location will be Saturday, September 30th. The announcement was made across their social media platforms with the following posts:

It was also noted that none of the arcade and pinball machines will be going on sale. That is because there is a chance that the new owners of the establishment might want to continue the arcade and bar concept. Additional information about this will be unveiled sometime in the future.

The Retro Fix II TURBO will continue to operate on the second floor of the building. They have several events planned for the year while having a robust collection of video games, console accessories, and collectibles.

The announcement of LvL Up closing comes six months after AFKxp Tech + Games moved out of the second floor. Back in April they closed down their Campbell location and merged all its operations with Guildhouse. This was part of a strategy to better focus on eSport events and open another location in the Downtown San Jose area.
