Ziggurat Interactive has announced that Kyle McCarley has joined the cast of the upcoming game, Slave Zero X.

Kyle McCarley is a voice actor best known for his role as Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama on Mob Psycho 100 (Seasons 1 to 2) and YoRHa No.9 Type S (aka 9S) in Nier: Automata. Fans will also recognize him for his role as Yushiro in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Mikazuki Augus in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and Narancia Ghirga in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. 

McCarly will be voicing Uriel, one of the villains of the game. You can learn more about them in the following trailer:

He will be joining an already impressive cast that includes Anjali Kunapaneni, Ian Russell, Shelby Young, and more. 

Slave Zero X is a 2.5D hack’n slash that is set to launch for all major consoles and the PC on February 21, 2024. A prequel to the 1999 cult classic, it aims to reimagine the series while also introducing it to a new generation. Players will once again battle their way through the dystopian world of Megacity S1-9 and battle the forces of the Sovereign Khan.
