Looks like Nintendo fans of the Shōnen Jump don’t have to wait long as Bandai Namco has announced the release date for the Nintendo Switch version of Jump Force.
Jump Force: Deluxe Edition for the Nintendo Switch is set to launch on August 28th. The game will feature 50 playable characters from 16 different franchises from the Weekly Shonen Jump. Players will also have the chance to purchase the Character Pass 2 (Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia).
More additions to the Character Pass 2 will be announced in the future.
Exclusive only to the Nintendo Switch version, the game will feature an offline 3 vs 3 mode. This allows 6 players to control a character on their team of three. Each player will enter the fight as their character when they are tagged.
Jump Force, is a fighting game that has players battle it out as an iconic characters from the Weekly Shōnen Jump. The game was released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC back in 2019. It was released to coincide with the publications 50th Anniversary.
