After 25 years, GoldenEye 007 is returning to modern consoles via the Xbox Game Pass and Nintendo Switch Online.
It’s time to get your martini (shaken, not stirred) ready because GoldenEye 007 is returning to modern consoles after 25 years. The FPS icon is coming to the Xbox Game Pass and Nintendo Switch Online.
First announced during Nintendo Direct, GoldenEye 007 will be available to play soon. For the Switch, players will enjoy the original Nintendo 64 version but with online play. The Xbox version will be remastered in 4K resolution but will not feature online play.

007 GoldenEye was released for the N64 on August 27, 1997 and its been hailed as one of the greatest console shooters. It was followed by a spiritual successor, Perfect Dark. A remake set in the Danial Craig universe was released in 2010 for the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3.
