Front Mission 2 and 3 Remake in the Works

Front Mission who are excited about the upcoming remake will also be delighted to learn that the second and third games will also be remade.

Forever Entertainment announced that the Front Mission 2 and Front Mission 3 remakes are in the work. Front Mission 2 is set to launch sometime in 2023 while Front Mission 3 is set to launch sometime in the future.

As with the Front Mission remake, both games are set to launch on the Nintendo Switch. At the moment, there is no word regarding a PlayStation or PC launch. That could change in the future. Check out the announcement trailer to get an idea of the games:

Front Mission is a turn-based mecha JRPG that often follows conflicts between regional unions and economic blocs. The series is known for its rich storytelling along with its RPG rich gameplay. Players take command of a squad of wanzers (“walking tanks”) who they must command in battle.

Front Mission and Front Mission 2 were only released in Japan for the PlayStation. Front Mission 3 was the first title in the series to be released outside of Japan.
