Fans of Capcom’s old school arcade titles will be delighted to know that they plan to port four of their most iconic titles to the mobile device. The four arcade classics are as followed;

1942 Mobile – The first title in the 19XX series is set in the Pacific theater with the players goal being to destroy the Japanese air fleet. It’s a vertically scrolling shooter that has player battle waves of enemy planes while performing stunts to avoid certain death.

Ghosts‘N Goblins Mobile – Old school gamers will remember this classic as the Dark Souls of its time (as in the game was super difficult). This action platform classic has players take on the role as Sir Arthur and battle waves of demons while on a quest to rescue the princess.

Ghouls’N Ghosts Mobile – A sequel to Ghosts‘N Goblins has players take on the role of Sir Arthur and battle waves of demons while on a quest to rescue the princess.

Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando Mobile – This iconic side scrolling title has players battle through legions of enemy troops.

According to Capcom, each title will maintain a fidelity to the originals while offering players to take full advantage of touch screen devices. Each game will also feature leadboards so players can see how their skills compare against others from around the globe.

Capcom has also confirmed that all four titles are expected to be released in the next few months.
