Dragon Ball and fighting games prove to be a perfect match as Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero sold over 3 million units at launch.

Bandai Namco has announced that Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has sold over 3 million units within 24 hours of its official launch. This should not come as a surprise as the game was highly praised by critics and has been well received by gamers along with fans of the series.

This achievement comes following news regarding additional content that is on the horizon.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is the fourth entry in the Sparking! / Budokai Tenkaichi series and the first entry released in 17 years. It’s a 3D fighting game that boasts a roster of over 180 fighters from across the Dragon Ball universe. The game was released for all major consoles and the PC on October 11th.
