Disney fans will be excited to learn that FanimeCon will be hosting two cosplay gatherings during the 2019 event. It has confirmed that there will be a Disney Extended Family Gathering and Kingdom Hearts Gathering.

FanimeCon 2019 Official Disney Extended Family Gathering is a gathering of cosplayers whose work is based on characters outside the traditional Disney universe. This includes characters from Pixar and Marvel just as an example.

Kingdom Hearts Fanime Gathering 2019 will be an opportunity to shine a light on fans of the game series. This gathering is open to anyone cosplaying as an character or a Disney character that appeared in Kingdom Hearts.

No official time, date or location for both gatherings have been set yet. Also there will also be an official gathering of Disney and most likely one for Marvel cosplayers.

FanimeCon 2019 will be from May 24 until May 27 at the San Jose Convention Center along with the surrounding locations. Tickets are now available for purchase and more information will be available in the coming months.
