Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games have announced that The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes is coming in 2021. This announcement comes following the success of Little Hope.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes is coming to all current and Next-Gen Consoles along with the PC sometime in 2021. This will be the third game in the narrative horror series.
The story will follow CIA operative Rachel King and her unit during the Iraq War (circa 2003). While investigating a suspected chemical weapons facility in the Zagros Mountains, they stumble into the ruins of a buried Sumerian temple. Their presence may have also awakened a sinister evil.
CEO of Supermassive Games Pete Samuels, has stated in a press release,
“We are thrilled to reveal this third game within The Dark Pictures Anthology. Like the previous stories, House of Ashes will bring a brand-new story and cast of characters to players, with its own unique twists and turns, and a new threat for the characters to face. We can’t wait to share more details about the story!”
