The major details about the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2021are the categories along with when the voting begins and the judges. All nominees will be announced on January 15. Voting will also begin on the same day until January 22. The winners will be announced during a live-streamed ceremony on February 19 starting at 5:00 PM PST.
The award will focus on 18 categories that highlight the numerous aspects of the anime industry. Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2021 will honor the following achievements:

* Best Director
* Best Animation

* Best Ending Sequence

* Best Drama
* Best Comedy
Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2021 will feature a panel of judges with a solid and credible background. From Ajay Stewart of AnimeAjay to Kate Sánchez of But Why Tho? and Rafael Brito at JBox, the panel of judges includes many of the most respected anime critics from around the world.
Crunchyroll is the largest anime streaming service and a driving force in promoting the anime community. Besides distribution, they are known for their original streetwear (via Crunchyroll Love) and publishing anime based video games (via Crunchyroll Games). They were recently purchased by Funimation Global Group, LLC (a subsidiary of Sony Entertainment).
