It is time to plan your lineup for MAGWest 2026, as organizers have announced the schedule for the cosplay gatherings. The schedule lists the date, time, theme, and location of each gathering. Be aware that this list only accounts for official cosplay gatherings organized by MAGWest.

Friday, August 14th

• 2:00 PM Undertale/Deltarune at Site 1
• 5:00 PM Nintendo at Site 1

Saturday, August 15th

• Noon Undertale/Deltarune at Site 1
• 2:00 PM Zenless Zone Zero at Site 1
• 3:00 PM 東方Project/Touhou Project at Site 1
• 4:00 PM Square Enix Games at Site 1

Sunday, August 16th

• Noon Splatoon at Site 2
• 2:00 PM Pokémon 30th Anniversary at Site 1
• 3:00 PM FromSoftware/Soulsborne Games at Site 2
• 4:00 PM General Cosplay Gathering at Site 1

Planning for MAGWest 2026

The musical line-up includes Lotus Juice, Johnny Gioeli of Crush 40, The Cybertronic Spree, Tee Lopes, Aivi & Surasshu, 2 Mello, and Frank Klepacki just to name a few. Times and dates for panels, special events and more are now available online. Badges for MAGWest 2026 are now on sale at $99, but the price will rise the closer it gets to the event.

MAGWest is the West Coast spin-off of MAGFest, one of the largest video game music festivals. The event brings together industry insiders, composers, and video game-themed performers. The 2026 event will take place from August 14th to the 16th at the DoubleTree by Hilton in San Jose. This year’s theme is Undertale, the iconic 2015 RPG by Toby Fox.
