Funcom and Mighty Kingdom have announced that the release of Conan Chop Chop has been delayed to early 2020.

Conan Chop Chop was set to be released on September 3rd but now it has been pushed back to early 2020. The reason for the delay is to polish the overall game while Mighty Kingdom plans to add an online multiplayer feature.

In a press release that was made available via Evolve PR, CEO of Mighty Kingdom Philip Mayes has stated the following:

One of the things we get to do with the extra time is expand multiplayer from just couch co-op to also include full online multiplayer. This has undoubtedly been THE most requested feature after we started showing off the game, so we’re very excited for the opportunity to bring that in.

Conan Chop Chop is a cartoonish hack-and-slash that has players battle their way across the Hyborian Age. The game is set to be released for all major consoles and the PC. More information about the game will be unveiled in the coming months.
