Last summer, the cast of My Hero Academia was expected to appear at SacAnime Summer 2020 but then the pandemic happen and the event was cancelled. Fans will be excited to learn that they will be appearing at SacAnime Summer 2021.

It has been confirmed that 21 cast members of My Hero Academia will be coming to SacAnime Summer 2021. All of them are expected to be at the convention for the entire weekend (with a few exceptions). Times for their autograph session and panels will be announced in the future.

The Cast of My Hero Academia

Justin Briner is a voice actor best known for his role as Izuku Midoriya (Deku) in the English dub version of My Hero Academia. His other notable roles include Nasu no Yoichi on Drifters, Emil Nekola in Yuri on Ice, and Mikaela Hyakuya in Seraph of the End.

Clifford Chapin is a voice actor best known for his role as Hideyoshi Nagachika from Tokyo Ghoul and Katsuki Bakugo from My Hero Academia. His other notable roles are Tomohito Sugino in Assassination Classroom and Connie Springer on Attack on Titan.

Monica Rial is a voice actress who is best known for her role as Tsuyu Asui (Froppy) on My Hero Academia. Her other major roles include Bulma on Dragon Ball Z along with Tanya von Degurechaff in Saga of Tanya the Evil and Isekai Quartet. As a screen writer she has worked on Shin-chan and Tokyo Ghoul.

Luci Christian is a voice actress best known for her role as Ochaco Uraraka on My Hero Academia, Nami in the One Piece series and Satomi Murano on Parasyte. Her other major roles include Trixie in Blade Runner Black Out 2022 and Hestia in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?.

J. Michael Tatum is a voice actor, screen writer and director who is well known as the voice of Teyna Iida in My Hero Academia, Erwin Smith in Attack on Titan and Sebastian Michaelis in Black Butler. He has also provided the voice of France in Hetalia: Axis Powers and Eneru in One Piece. Gamers will also know him for his role as Sir Hammerlock in Borderlands 2.

David Matranga is a voice actor well known for her role as Bertolt Hoover (aka the Colossus Titan) on Attack on Titan and Shoto Todoroki on My Hero Academia.His other major roles include Wolf Man on Wolf Children, Ghost from Halo Legends and Briareos from Appleseed.

Josh Grelle is a voice actor best known for his role as Fumikage Tokoyami in My Hero Academia and Armin Arlert in Attack on Titan. His other major roles include Mao Sadou / Demon King Satan on The Devil Is a Part-Timer and Yuri Katsuki in Yuri!!! on Ice.

Justin Cook is a voice actor best known for his role as Eijiro Kirishima (aka Red Riot) in My Hero Academia. His other notable roles include Raditz in the Dragon Ball series and Yusuke Urameshi on Yu Yu Hakusho.

Leah Clark is a voice actress who is best known for her role as Himiko Toga in My Hero Academia and Kobayashi in Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. Her other notable roles include Hikari Horaki in the Rebuild of Evangelion films and Yukiko Kanzaki in Assassination Classroom.

Brandon McInnis is a voice actor best known for his role as Sir Nighteye on My Hero Academia. His other notable roles include Finral Roulacas in Black Clover and Hirofumi Inoue on King’s Game.

Austin Tindle is a voice actor best known for his role as Ken Kaneki in Tokyo Ghoul and Karma Akabane in Assassination Classroom. His other notable roles include Neito Monoma in My Hero Academia and Kiyoshi Fujino in Prison School.

Jamie Marchi is a voice actress who is best known for her role as Mt. Lady in My Hero Academia. Her other major roles include Mikako Satsukitane in Heaven’s Lost Property (for which she won a BTVA award), Miss. Valentine in One Piece, and Anka Rheinberger in Attack on Titan.

Colleen Clinkenbeard is a voice actress and director who is best known for her role as Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece; the young Goku in Dragon Ball Z Kai, and Erza Scarlet in Fairy Tail. Her other notable roles include Momo Yaoyorozu in My Hero Academia. As a director; she has worked on episodes of Code Breaker and My Hero Academia just to name a few.

Kyle Phillips is a voice actor best known for his role as Denki Kaminari in My Hero Academia. His other notable roles include Eclair Ecleir Eicler in Overlord and Hamon in Black Clover.

Kristen McGuire is a voice actress best known for her role as Ruri on Dr. Stone and Tatami Nakagame in My Hero Academia.

Emily Neves Sirius and Eri in My Hero Academia. Her other notable roles include Setsuko in the 2012 dubbed version of Grave of the Fireflies.

Derick Snow is a voice actor best known for his role as Shinra Kusakabe in Fire Force. His other notable roles include Mimic in My Hero Academia.

Amber Lee Connors is a voice actress best known for her role as Ms. Joke on My Hero Academia and Nozomi Kaminashi in Keijo!!!!!. She has also worked as an ADR director and writer for several shows.

Aaron Roberts is a voice actor who is best known for his role as Uta in Tokyo Ghoul, Klaus Lunettes in Black Clover and Khai in Dragon Ball Super. His other notable roles include Kamui Woods in My Hero Academia.

Jad Saxton a voice actress best known for her role as Tamaki Kotatsu in Fire Force and Kanna in Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. She is also known for her role as Itsuka Kendo on My Hero Academia, Carla in Fairy Tail and Yuki in Wolf Children, Her other notable roles include Koneko in High School DxD, Hatchin in Michiko & Hachin and Faris in Steins; Gate.

Alexis Tipton a voice actress best known for her role as Mei Hatsume on My Hero Academia. She is also best known for her role as Iris on Fire Force. Her other notable roles include Anya Hepburn in Soul Eater Not!, Trunks in Dragon Ball Super and Riko Tokura in Junji Ito Collection.

SacAnime Summer 2021 will be held at the newly renovated Sacramento Convention Center during the Labor Day weekend. Registration has opened for standard passes and VIP passes. More information about the events and guest will be announced in the future.
