California Extreme Advises Guests to Time Arrival Carefully Due to 49ers Game
California Extreme organizers are advising guests who plan to attend on Saturday to plan accordingly due to the 49ers preseason game.
California Extreme organizers are advising guests who plan to attend on Saturday to plan accordingly due to the 49ers preseason game.
The San Francisco 49ers are set to play against the Denver Broncos at Levi Stadium starting at 5:30 pm. Levi Stadium is located across the street from the Santa Clara Convention Center, which is where California Extreme 2023 will be hosted.
Organizers are advising guests who plan to attend on Saturday to plan accordingly. Attendees are encouraged to arrive before 1:30 pm and to park at the Convention Center garage. Guests are also advised to avoid Tasman Dr. as it will be closed off. To approach the convention, drive on Great America Pkwy coming from CA-237.
California Extreme is one of the largest showcases of classic arcade and pinball games in North America. The event brings together industry pioneers along with collectors of retro games and video game historians for one weekend.
The 2023 event will feature panels hosted by industry pioneer Warren Davis, developers Scott Swazey and Fritz Mueller, plus the staff of Stern Pinball. Also featured will be live performances by Operation C, The Tonberries, The Surfle Jerks, and Kirby’s Dream Band.
