Bandai Namco has announced that BLEACH Rebirth of Souls will now receive a launch sometime in early 2025.

BLEACH Rebirth of Souls is now set to launch sometime in early 2025 but no exact date has been set. The game was originally set to launch sometime in late 2024 but now it appears to have been pushed back. A proper launch date will be announced in the coming months.

The announcement was made in a new trailer for the game. BLEACH Rebirth of Souls – Reawakening Trailer announces the new launch window while also highlighting new character forms along with additional details about the game.

Rebirth of Souls is a fighting game that allows players to take on the role of their favorite characters and battle it out. The game will feature both online and local multiplayer for two players. It will also include an original story by series creator, Tite Kubo.

It’s also the first console video game adaption of the series since Bleach: Soul Resurrección, which was released back in 2011.

Bleach is one of the best-selling mangas of all time while also having a profound impact on other shonens. It follows Ichigo Kurosaki who obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper and takes on the responsibilities of defending humanity from evil spirits. The manga ran from 2001 to 2016 while the anime series first ran from 2004 to 2012.  The anime adaptation of Thousand-Year Blood War premiered in 2022 and it’s still ongoing.
