Get ready to start 2020 with the first BAR Con of the year. BAR Con continues to thrive with its mix of booze, anime, J-Rock and video games as they have announced the details regarding Season 4, Ep. 1.

BAR Con SJ: Season 4 Episode 1 will feature a screening of Demon Slayer and Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works. The game of the night will be Super Smash Bros Ultimate while no board game has been announced. The drink special for this event will be named after Evee’s evolution and they are Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon along with Espeon.

The musical performance will begin with an open mic karaoke followed by the main show with Gürschach, Rebel Extract and DaRap Nerd. Rebel Extract is a punk band that use their platform to raise awareness towards social issues. Combining rap with nerd culture, DaRap Nerd is known for his performance at anime conventions.

The show will take place on January 3rd starting at 8pm. Tickets are on sale now and a reminder that this is a 21+ event.

BAR Con is a monthly event that combines ones love of anime, video games and J-Rock into a one night festivity. The event is held at the Back Bar SoFa in Downtown San Jose on the first Friday of every month. Tickets could be purchased online or at the door.
