Due to concerns over public safety and the current spike in cases, AFKxp has announced that the Game Swap Meet has been pushed back to December. The original planned event was suppose to take place on November 8th.
DEC Video Game Swap will take place on December 13th from 11AM to 4Pm. Gamers are welcomed for the chance to participate in the swap meet or just hang out. There will be a good number of vendors selling new and classic games at an affordable price. There is also an ATM inside LvL UP (if you lack the cash).
Any dealers or vendors who want to participate must pay $40 in advance as tables are limited. Dealers must arrive at 10am to set up and half of the merchandise must be game related. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the spot being forfeited.
It should be noted that guests are not allowed to bring outside food. Also smoking of any kind is not permitted. Guest should be aware that Campbell Ave. has been closed of to traffic to give outdoor space to local business.
AFKxp Tech+Games could only be described as the heart of the gaming community in the South Bay. This due to the the numerous gaming events they have hosted. They are located on the second floor of LVL Up and share a space with The Retro Fix.
